How Astrozomic Consultations Work: Chat, Call and Video, Billed Per Minute
Astrozomic connects you with verified astrologers for live conversations. Here is exactly how it works, so you know what to expect before your first session. Everything below follows how the platform is set up, from choosing an astrologer to what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Pick an astrologer
Browse the astrologer directory. Each profile shows specialties, languages, experience, availability and the per-minute rate for chat, call or video. Take a moment to match the astrologer to your question. If you want to talk about marriage, look for someone who lists relationships as a specialty. If you prefer to speak in a particular language, look for it in the profile details. Reading a few profiles side by side, including the rate and the formats offered, takes only a minute or two and often saves time later.
2. Choose chat, call or video
- Chat: type your questions and keep a written record.
- Call: talk live without typing.
- Video: speak face to face.
Available formats vary by astrologer, so check the profile to see what is offered.
3. Add credit to your wallet
Consultations are billed per minute from your wallet balance. You see the rate before you begin, and there is no subscription required. Members can also choose a plan with monthly credit and a discount, as shown on the pricing page.
A worked example of per-minute billing
The maths is simple: the rate shown on the profile multiplied by the minutes you use. If a profile showed a rate of R per minute, a ten-minute session would use 10 times R from your wallet, and a fifteen-minute session 15 times R. Your own rate is whatever the profile shows before you start, so do the quick calculation with the real number. Decide roughly how many minutes you want to spend, check that your wallet balance covers it, and the total will not surprise you. If you have several topics, you can also decide in advance which one matters most and begin with it, so the minutes go where you need them.
4. Start your session
When the astrologer is available, your session starts and billing runs per minute. A short, focused list of questions helps you make good use of the time. Our guide on preparing for a consultation explains how.
Practical steps before you begin
- Write down your date, time and place of birth. If you are unsure of the time, say so up front.
- List your top two or three questions, with the most important first.
- Generate your free Kundli so you have your chart in front of you.
- Choose a quiet place and check your connection if you are using call or video.
- Take notes, or use chat if you want a written record.
5. Free tools before and after
You can generate a free Kundli, try Kundli matching, read your daily horoscope and check the Panchang at no cost. Many people use them to get familiar with their chart before they speak to an astrologer, and again afterwards to follow up on what they discussed. If you are curious about the basics, our guide to reading a Kundli is a good starting point.
After your session
Once the session ends, take a few minutes to write down what stood out while it is fresh. Note the points that felt useful, any questions that came up afterwards, and anything you want to think over before acting. You can revisit your chart, check the daily horoscope for context, or come back to the astrologer later with a clearer follow-up question.
Common mistakes
- Starting without a plan. Billing runs per minute, so a few minutes of preparation help you use your time well.
- Not checking the rate. The rate is shown before you begin. Read it, and confirm that the format you want is offered.
- Asking everything at once. A handful of focused questions usually gives clearer answers than a long list.
- Expecting certainty. Astrology offers perspective and reflection. It cannot promise outcomes.
- Using it instead of professional advice. For medical, legal or financial decisions, speak to a qualified professional as well.

Each astrologer sets a per-minute rate for chat, call or video, shown on their profile before you start. You pay from your wallet balance for the minutes you use.
Do I need a subscription to consult an astrologer?
No. A subscription is not required. Members can optionally choose a plan with monthly credit and a discount, as shown on the pricing page.
